Lindsey James-West

Financial Planner and Wealth Advisor
Managing Partner

Lindsey’s number one focus is helping people achieve financial peace of mind.  She enjoys teaching and building customized strategies to help individuals, families and business owners reach their goals. She has built a reputation as a personally-engaged problem solver who provides exceptional, hand-on service. Working with other advisors, attorneys, tax professionals and caregivers, Lindsey’s approach is inclusive, transparent and education-based.

Lindsey conducts private and public speaking engagements discussing the ever-changing economic and financial landscape and the opportunities that it presents. She teaches retirement planning courses at various Houston Community College campuses and also works with companies to bring financial education into the workplace and help employees become financially informed.

Lindsey is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has Series 7, Series 66 and General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO License. She holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and completed the CFP® Certification Program through Rice University. Lindsey is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and Houston’s National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

Although Lindsey and her husband, Marshall, are a long-time residents of Houston, she enjoys traveling and has spent time living in Chicago, Spain and London. Lindsey loves yoga, running and exploring Houston’s neighborhoods on foot, and has completed two Houston marathons. Lindsey is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston and also supports Casa de Esperanza, an organization that provides a safe place for children in crisis due to abuse, neglect or the effects of HIV. Lindsey lives in central Houston with her husband and their two children.

Lynne Karoll James

Financial Planner and Wealth Advisor

Lynne’s focus is sharply aimed at planning and helping individuals build tailored strategies to achieve their retirement dreams.  Lynne began her career in the 1970’s focused on life insurance and estate planning, providing protection for individuals, families and business owners.  From there, she broadened into financial planning, initially focusing on helping people who need to integrate government pensions like TRS into their retirement savings and income planning. After being in the financial business for over 45 years, Lynne takes pride that she has a number of clients that have worked with her literally for decades.

Along with Lindsey, Lynne teaches retirement planning courses at various Houston Community Colleges. She enjoys teaching and reaching out to individuals in the community who she believes deserve more attention and involvement than they often receive.

Lynne attended the University of Wisconsin as well as the University of Mexico in Mexico City after four years of boarding school in Florida playing competitive tennis nationally. She holds a Series 7, Series 6, Series 63 and Series 66 License as well as a General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO License. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and in 2010 was named Woman of the Year by the National Association for Professional Women.

Lynne has lived in Houston for over 40 years, has two grown daughters and a son. She enjoys spoiling her grandchildren as well as traveling – particularly to Acapulco where she lived for a number of years after working as an actress and commercial model in Mexico City. Lynne is a supporter of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, in memory of her husband, Louis, as well as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Albert Glover, Jr.

Financial Advisor

Al specializes in helping individuals at every stage of life plan and invest for the future. Many of his clients are in the education field and he has been active in the 403(b) market for over 30 years. He combines his common-sense approach with professionally managed investment solutions for his clients to help them achieve their goals. Al’s friendly attitude and warm personality make him approachable to a wide variety of people and he is proud to have worked with many of his clients for over a decade.

Al has a B.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Houston. He also holds Series 6, Series 63 and Series 26 securities licensees and his General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO License.

Al lives in Houston and is a long-time resident of Fort Bend County. He enjoys traveling, volunteering, mentoring elementary school students and watching sporting events.

Adam D. Goldman

Financial Advisor

Adam is driven by helping clients meet their financial and retirement goals through comprehensive financial and retirement planning. He strives to provide objectivity, education, and tailored advice to make an impact in the lives of those with whom he works.

Adam’s focus areas include educators and school district employees, nonprofit organizations, and businesses as well as individual investors. He provides positive guidance and advice and enjoys serving as a resource for his clients.

Education and financial industry experience play a major role in Adam’s journey. He is a graduate of California State Northridge and Keimyung University with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He holds his Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 licenses as well as Texas General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO license. He is currently pursuing his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and completed the CFP® Certification Program through Rice University in May 2020.

Adam is a native Los Angeles but he and his wife, Chloe, now call Houston home. He enjoys baseball, hiking, and traveling with family.

Sari Enriquez Clyde

Marketing Director

As Marketing Director, Sari takes pride in overall client appreciation, bringing her event planning and creative experience to create different ways to show clients how much we value them. Sari plays an integral role not only by taking care of LKJ Financial’s clients, but also helping extend the company’s services to new clients by planning educational workshops and events, generating promotions and marketing. Sari is passionate about helping Lindsey and Lynne provide people with the proper financial resources and education towards achieving financial peace of mind.

Sari moved to Houston from Los Angeles in 2008 to be closer to her family, and quickly felt like a Houstonian. She enjoys spending quality time with her family outdoors, taking long walks, riding a bike or sparking up the barbecue, as well as taking care of her two adorable dogs Tabbi and Lunita. Sari volunteers at the Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals as well as the Wildlife Center and the Houston Food Bank. In addition, she loves gardening, sipping margaritas, listening to Latino music and cooking delicious and spicy Mexican recipes.

Leandra Guerrero

New Business Specialist

Leandra loves giving a warm welcome when our clients call or visit our office and is proud to serve as the director of first impressions and new business for new LKJ clients and friends.  She takes a great deal of pride in taking excellent care of anyone who comes into contact with LKJ Financial and loves seeing different faces and making them smile and feel welcomed. When an individual initially joins the LKJ family of clients, Leandra works closely behind the scenes to ensure that their experience is seamless and handled with care and attention to detail.

Although a native Houstonian, Leandra lived in North Dakota for almost four years while her husband served in the U.S. Air Force, before moving back to Houston in 2012. She has two handsome sons who enjoy swimming, taking care of their dogs and are also huge Marvel Comic movie fans.  Leandra enjoys Houston thunderstorms; rainy and cloudy skies make her happy – especially if she is snuggled up with her family. She loves exercising, which gives her a strong sense of accomplishment, and enjoys working out while listening to her favorite 80’s tunes.
