Financial Planner and Wealth Advisor
Lindsey’s number one focus is helping people achieve financial peace of mind. She enjoys teaching and building customized strategies to help individuals, families and business owners reach their financial goals. She has built a reputation as a personally-engaged problem solver who provides exceptional, hand-on service. Working with other advisors, attorneys, tax professionals and caregivers, Lindsey’s approach is inclusive, transparent and education-based.
Lindsey conducts private and public speaking engagements, discussing the ever-changing economic and financial landscape, as well as the opportunities that it presents. She is compelled to teach people from all walks of life how to make informed financial decisions. She is an instructor of retirement planning courses taught at various Houston Community College campuses and also works with companies to bring financial education into the workplace and help employees become financially informed.
Lindsey is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has Series 7, Series 66 and Group 1 Life, Health and Variable Insurance licenses. She holds a B.S. from Northwestern University and completed the CFP® Certification Program through Rice University. Lindsey is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and Houston’s National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
Although Lindsey and her husband, Marshall, are a long-time residents of Houston, she enjoys traveling and has spent time living in Chicago, Spain and London. Lindsey loves yoga, running and exploring Houston’s neighborhoods on foot, and completed her second marathon in January 2014. Lindsey holds a leadership position within the Junior League of Houston and also supports Casa de Esperanza, an organization that provides a safe place for children in crisis due to abuse, neglect or the effects of HIV. Lindsey lives in central Houston with her husband and her son.
Lynne Karoll James
Financial Planner and Wealth Advisor
Lynne’s focus is most sharply aimed at retirement planning and helping individuals build tailored strategies to achieve their retirement dreams. Lynne began her career in the 1970’s focused on life insurance and estate planning, providing protection for individuals, families and business owners. From there, she broadened into financial planning, initially focusing on helping people who need to integrate government pensions like TRS into their retirement savings and income planning. After being in the financial business for many years, Lynne takes pride that she has a number of clients that have worked with her literally for decades.
Along with Lindsey, Lynne is an instructor of retirement planning courses taught at various Houston Community Colleges. She enjoys teaching and has felt fulfilled in reaching out to individuals in the community who she believes deserve more attention and involvement than they often receive.
Lynne attended the University of Wisconsin as well as the University of Mexico in Mexico City after four years of boarding school in Florida playing competitive tennis nationally. She holds a Series 7, Series 6, Series 63 and Series 66 License as well as a Group 1 Life, Health and Variable Insurance license. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and in 2010 was named Woman of the Year by the National Association for Professional Women.
Lynne has lived in Houston for over 30 years, has two grown daughters and enjoys traveling, particularly to Acapulco where she lived for a number of years after working as an actress and commercial model in Mexico City. In Acapulco, Lynne was a teaching tennis pro and had a four-page weekly spread in the society section of the Heraldo de Mexico where her photographs illustrated the weekly social events in Acapulco. Lynne is a supporter of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, in memory of her husband, Louis, as well as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Albert Glover, Jr.

Al specializes in helping individuals at every stage of life plan and invest for the future. Many of his clients are in the education field, and he has been active in the 403(b) market for over 30 years. He works with a variety of professionally managed investment solutions for his clients. His friendly attitude and warm personality make him approachable to a wide variety of clients, many of whom he has worked with for over a decade.
Al holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology from the University of Houston along with his Series 6, Series 63 and Series 26 securities licensees and his General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO License.
Al lives in Houston and is a long-time resident of Fort Bend County. He enjoys traveling, volunteering, mentoring elementary school students and watching sporting events.
Adam D. Goldman
Licensed Sales Associate
Adam brings years of experience in the financial industry to his role with LKJ Financial. His most recent position prior to joining the LKJ team was working for PlanMember Securities, an investment company and LKJ Financial’s broker-dealer in Carpinteria, CA. Adam was inspired to join the world of finance through both his graduate studies and his family members who have careers in the investment world. He hopes that all those who come in contact with LKJ Financial feel empowered with the knowledge and resources needed to meet their financial goals.
Adam holds a B.A. from California State University Northridge and an MBA from Keimyung University. He also has his Series 7, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses and continues to pursue higher education in the financial world.
Prior to entering the financial services industry, Adam served as a public-school teacher in South Korea, teaching grades 3-6 in English. He traveled extensively in the region and while there he obtained his MBA, which sparked his interest in finance. Adam is a sports fan and enjoys attending and watching baseball games – particularly when his beloved Dodgers are playing. He is a native of Los Angeles, having grown up in the San Fernando Valley and the beaches of Ventura County on the Central Coast. Adam and his wife Chloe relocated to Houston in 2018 to join the LKJ Financial family.
Sari Enriquez Clyde
As Marketing Director, Sari takes pride in overall client appreciation, bringing her event planning and creative experience to create different ways to show clients how much we value them. Providing a welcoming atmosphere to those who visit LKJ Financial is Sari’s main objective.
Sari plays an integral role not only by taking care of LKJ Financial’s clients, but also helping extend the company’s services to new clients by planning educational workshops and events, generating promotions and marketing. Sari is passionate about helping Lindsey and Lynne provide people with the proper financial resources and education towards achieving financial peace of mind.
Sari moved to Houston from Los Angeles in 2008 to be closer to her family, and quickly felt like a Houstonian. She enjoys spending time with her sister, niece and nephew as well as taking care of her two adorable dogs. Outside of work, Sari volunteers at the Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals as well as the Wildlife Center and the Houston Food Bank. In addition, she loves margaritas, Pitbull’s dance moves and spicy Mexican fare.
New Business Specialist
Leandra loves giving a warm welcome when our clients call or visit our office and is proud to serve as the director of first impressions for new LKJ clients and friends. She takes a great deal of pride in taking excellent care of anyone who comes into contact with LKJ Financial and loves seeing different faces and making them smile and feel welcomed. In addition, Leandra works behind the scenes to support Lynne, Lindsey Jennifer and Sari with various administrative and data entry-related projects.
Although a native Houstonian, Leandra lived in North Dakota for almost four years while husband served in the U.S. Air Force before moving back to Houston in 2012. She has two handsome sons who enjoy swimming, taking care of their three dogs and are also huge Marvel Comic movie fans. Leandra enjoys Houston thunderstorms; rainy and cloudy skies make her happy – especially if she is snuggled up with her family. Recently, she has been on a fitness journey which gives her a sense of accomplishment and enjoys working out while listening to her favorite 80’s tunes.
